INGREDIENTS
- 300 g fusilli or penne (10 oz)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can tuna in olive oil, drained (185 g / 6.5 oz)
- 1 cup sweetcorn kernels (150 g / 5 oz, canned or frozen)
- 250 ml cream or milk (1 cup)
- 100 g grated cheddar cheese (3.5 oz / 1 cup)
- 50 g grated mozzarella (1.75 oz / ½ cup)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika (5 g)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (2 tbsp / 30 ml)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (8–10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large oven‑safe skillet. Sauté onion and garlic for 2–3 minutes until softened.
3. Stir in tuna and sweetcorn, cooking for 2 minutes.
4. Add cream or milk, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.
5. Toss cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing well.
