•  200 g jasmine rice (7 oz / 1 cup)
•  500 ml water (2 cups)
•  1 carrot, julienned (100 g / 3.5 oz)
•  1 red bell pepper, sliced (150 g / 5 oz)
•  100 g broccoli florets (3.5 oz)

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1.  Cook rice in water until fluffy (12–15 minutes).
