INGREDIENTS
For the Meat:
• 500 g (1.1 lbs) chicken breast or lamb strips
• 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
• 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice

• 125 ml (½ cup) plain Greek yogurt
• 30 ml (2 tbsp) mayonnaise
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
• Salt to taste
For Assembly:
• 4 pita breads
• 100 g (3.5 oz) pickles, sliced
• 1 medium tomato, sliced
• 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 handful fresh lettuce leaves

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Add chicken or lamb strips, coat well, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
4. Cook marinated meat for 8–10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
