INGREDIENTS
• 1 large loaf of Gadsby roll (unsliced, about 800 g / 1.7 lbs)
• 300 g (10.5 oz) beef steak, thinly sliced
• 200 g (7 oz) chicken breast, grilled and sliced
• 2 large eggs, fried or scrambled
• 150 g (5 oz) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 medium avocado, sliced
• 200 g (7 oz) saucy tomato salsa (homemade or store-bought)
• 1 medium onion, caramelized
• 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
• 1 handful fresh lettuce leaves
• 250 g (9 oz) hot chips (fries), freshly fried
• 30 ml (2 tbsp) cooking oil
• Salt and pepper to taste

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Slice the loaf of bread lengthwise to create a base and lid.
2. Heat oil in a skillet and cook beef steak slices until browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Grill chicken breast until cooked through, then slice thinly.
4. Prepare eggs (fried or scrambled) and season with salt and pepper.
5. Caramelize onions in a pan until golden and sweet.
6. Fry hot chips until golden and crisp, drain on paper towels.
THE ASSEMBLY
7. Spread saucy tomato salsa generously on the bread base.
8. Lay the tomato salsa sauce, slice fresh tomato, onion ,Lettice, beef, chicken ,eggs, cheddar cheese, avocado, and hot chips. finish with a descent amount of 1000 island dressing
9. Close with the bread lid, press gently, and slice into portions.
